Doug Field is a highly-seasoned business growth executive who has spent 35 years growing businesses and communities serving the healthcare, financial health, employee benefits & retirement plan, and HR industries. He offers in-depth market expertise, business growth experience, and connections with a focus around employee benefits, retirement plans, health care consumerism, health innovation, and financial health trends and initiatives.
He also has deep experience in business formation and leadership, with an entrepreneur and CEO background. He currently leads an advisory and business development firm, the SouthField Group. Prior to this, he built leading communities and event businesses serving the employee benefit & retirement field – Employee Benefit News and Employee Benefit Advisor (www.benefitnews.com) – and a leading thought leadership and event community around healthcare consumerism: The Institute for HealthCare Consumerism.
Doug has more than 35 years of business building experience. In this span of time, he has acted as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of businesses in a diverse set of industries. He holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University and was an active leader of Pi Lambda Phi fraternity.

Doug Lewis began his career as an account executive in the advertising agency business and later as a regional sales manager for Bell South Publishing. Combining both of those talents, he founded Jordan Gareth, Inc., in 1998 and grew the rep firm to one of the largest in the Southeast, representing clients worldwide and then sold in 2017.
He has helped launch and turn around companies for over 30 years. He loves the challenge and has a "Dream BIG and Dare to Fail" approach to almost everything in life.

Todd brings 22 years of experience within back office operations, project management and specializes in CRM deployment and development. Todd came to Southfield Group LLC from the energy sector where he was a co-founder and Vice-President of Conservation Resource Solutions for 17 years. He worked in the energy sector from the early stages of deregulation within both the Electricity and Natural Gas sectors first as support staff in his early 20’s within a D.C. energy lobby and more recently through his role as Vice-President of operations responsible for the management and development of multitude of competitive energy market offerings now available throughout North America. Todd has managed over 50 major projects that connected investor owned utility energy assets to the bulk power grid. He has led teams of lawyers, lobbyists, electrical engineers, network engineers and developers. He experience in contract writing and implementation will be a huge asset to the Southfield Group.
Todd is also an Area Representative for FCA North Fulton, and this is his true calling and passion as he has been involved in youth and high school sports for over 25 years as a coach or partner. Within FCA he is committed to serving and providing opportunities to develop leadership and life skills for for high school coaches and athletes, while leading them to a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Todd earned his B.A. in Political Science in Legal Studies from West Virginia University in 1993.

Mike McClellan has over 30 years’ experience as a Business Owner, Marketing/Sales Executive, and Marketing Consultant with expertise in Inside Sales Management, Demand Generation Programs, and Marketing/Sales Operations.
He founded Plexus Marketing Group Inc. (www.plexusmarketing.com) in 1987, an Atlanta-based marketing services firm specializing in B2B Demand Gen and Market Research. He has conducted a wide range of marketing and sales support projects in the HR/HCM, Healthcare/Wellness, and Employee Benefits industry segments – including projects for Doug Field’s previous company, The Institute for Healthcare Consumerism.
His focus with SouthField Group is Marketing & Sales Operations, and he is part of SouthField Group’s Business Development team for key SouthField Group initiatives (including healthPERX, Pratter, and others). In addition, he brings expertise in CRM and marketing/sales automation systems, as well as a knowledge of direct marketing and digital marketing techniques, to SouthField Group.
